Students from Westminster Elementary School give a seasonal outdoor concert hosted by the Westminster branch of the Carroll County Public Library. The library describes it as a concert 'in the park' next to the branch on East Main Street, so dress for December weather. It lasts about an hour at midday on a Saturday and is listed for everyone, all ages. It is a good chance for families to support young local performers and pair the concert with a visit to downtown Westminster's holiday events the same day. The exact outdoor location is not named beyond 'the park', so check at the branch on arrival.
