The City of Framingham's 7th Annual Spooktacular at City Hall: a family-friendly afternoon of office trick-or-treating through decorated city department offices, plus activities in Nevins Hall with department booths, music by DJ Jesse and complimentary popcorn. The Framingham Public Library Bookmobile parks outside City Hall. Free parking in the Municipal Lot behind City Hall and on Union Avenue and Concord Street. Cost is not stated.
