A holiday edition of Appleton Farms' weekly Story Hour, held on the Trustees farm that straddles Hamilton and Ipswich. Families start by visiting the barnyard animals, make a simple seasonal craft, then settle into the historic Carriage Barn with a cup of cocoa for a festive holiday story. The Trustees designed it for young children with their caregivers: the page says it suits infants through age 6, and children under 2 are free. The session runs 90 minutes, from 10 to 11:30 in the morning. Tickets are required for adults as well as children and are booked ahead through the Trustees' Register button. The program takes place inside the glass doors of the Carriage Barn, which is not heated, so dress everyone warmly. Park in the lot next to the white Farmhouse/Farm Offices (bear right at the fork by the Welcome House) and walk down the stone-wall path to the barn. Refunds or transfers are available if you cancel at least seven days ahead.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Event page lists 'Hamilton & Ipswich, MA 01938'; 01938 is the Ipswich ZIP so the address uses Ipswich. Price is the nonmember rate (adult and child both $15). Registration status not shown on the page. Distinct from the weekly 'Barnyard Story Hour at Appleton Farms' program already listed (listing-16fdeb40801997b19907b3b2, Tuesdays from Oct 27): this is a separate Saturday holiday edition with its own event ID and tickets.
