An indoor nature story hour for babies through six-year-olds at North River Wildlife Sanctuary in Marshfield. The Halloween-week session features a themed story about the changes autumn brings, followed by time with one of the sanctuary's animal ambassadors to learn how its species gets ready for the season. It is a calm, welcoming way to spark young children's curiosity about nature, and nothing is truly scary. One hour, meeting in the Nature Center; children must stay with an adult for the whole program.
