About this adventure
A Sunday morning of activity stations across the Charlestown Navy Yard for Scouting America Scouts and Girl Scouts. Scouts learn about life at sea aboard USS Constitution in 1812 and about life in today's Navy while working on requirements for rank-advancement badges, exploring both the museum and the ship; one station has them write a letter of encouragement to a new Navy recruit in boot camp. The museum provides evidence of completed activities for troop leaders, and the full list of activities and badge links is still to come. Families and siblings are welcome to join in. Register each scout in advance; questions go to the museum's education team.
