Train-loving kids can spend a vacation-week morning with free play trains in the children's room of the Hyde Park Branch Library. Tracks and trains are set out for open play from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm on Wednesday, December 30, so families can drop in for as long as attention spans allow. The library lists it for preschoolers, school-age children and families, and notes it is not intended for large groups.
