A pre-Thanksgiving family hike at North River Wildlife Sanctuary in Marshfield all about wild turkeys. With a naturalist, families look for turkey tracks, listen for their calls and learn the surprising behaviours that have made turkeys one of New England's wildlife success stories, seeing the woods through a turkey's eyes. It is an easy hike with no experience needed. Meet in the Nature Center and wear clothing and shoes for up to 1.5 miles of uneven terrain. Open to families with children of any age, accompanied by an adult.
