Denver's Christmas Parade fills Business Highway 16 in eastern Lincoln County on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 12:30 p.m., with floats, marching bands, classic cars and community groups built around this year's theme, Santa's Secret Workshop on 16. The route runs along Hwy 16 from N. Pilot Knob Road to Captain's Cap, and the parade goes ahead rain or shine unless the weather is dangerous. The organizers say the best viewing, with emcee introductions of each unit, is at or near Digitize4U and Dunkin' Donuts; park as close to the route as you can and pull off Hwy 16, keeping business entrances clear (the Captain's Cap lot is reserved for parade units). Accessible parking is at the Hotsy facility at Hwy 16 and Triangle Circle. Expect road closures on N. Pilot Knob Road and Business 16 from late morning. The parade supports the Lincoln County Child Advocacy Center, and the next evening Santa lights the town tree at Lake Norman Lutheran Church.
