Families build and decorate their own gingerbread house at the Arlington Heights Historical Museum on Friday, December 18, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. All materials and an assortment of candy are provided and no baking is needed — just decorate as much or as little as you like (the museum hopes more candy ends up on the house than in mouths). Register one family member; the fee is per family: $36 for non-members, $26 for members. Registration is required.
