About this adventure
H-F Ice Arena, the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District's indoor rink in Flossmoor, holds a Halloween ice skate for teens on the Friday night before Halloween. Costumes are part of the fun: anyone who skates in costume gets in for half the regular admission, and the best costume of the night wins a prize. The session lasts an hour and a half. Skaters who do not own skates can rent them at the arena, and a skate helper is also available to rent. The park district's listing calls it a teen skate without giving an exact age range, and it shows no registration step.
