Main Library's Noon Year's Eve Party lets young children ring in the new year without staying up late. Families do crafts and activities for an hour before everyone counts down together to 12 noon. The library lists it for families with toddlers (18 to 36 months), preschoolers and children up to age 11, making it a good winter-break outing for mixed-age siblings. It takes place on Wednesday, December 30, one day before New Year's Eve. No registration or fee is listed on the page.
