About this adventure

At Historic Nash Farm, Nash Farmhands lead small timed sessions by the farmhouse's 1892 wood-burning stove: families bake cookies in the historic kitchen, then make a Victorian foil-embossing craft and string a classic popcorn garland. Each session has a limited number of tickets, so walk-up entry isn't guaranteed. The program runs rain or shine, so dress for the weather. A gentle, hands-on look at how a Texas farm family prepared for Christmas in the 1890s, suited to kids old enough to bake and craft with a grown-up.
