The Plano and Richardson StarCenter skating programs team up for a holiday ice show themed on Christmas movies, Holiday Movie Magic, at the Plano rink. Watching local academy skaters perform makes it a good outing for children thinking about lessons. The guide does not say whether there is an admission charge, so check with the Plano rink before you go (214-975-7400).
