Bookmarks, the Dallas Public Library's children's branch inside NorthPark Center, welcomes one of Santa's reindeer on Wednesday, November 25, 2026 (the day before Thanksgiving), at 9 a.m. Families meet outside in the CenterPark Garden and can take pictures with the reindeer and a sleigh. Guests are served in order of arrival, and staff may turn away latecomers so the event ends on time, so arrive at 9 a.m. or a little earlier. Like other library programs it's sponsored by Atmos Energy, and the listing doesn't mention any fee. It's an early, short outing that suits toddlers and preschoolers, and you can head inside to Bookmarks for books and play afterwards.
