Bookmarks, the Dallas Public Library's children's branch at NorthPark Center, holds Toddler Story Time twice a week. On Tuesdays it meets in NorthPark's North Court and on Fridays inside the Bookmarks library, both at 10:30 a.m. Children hear stories, sing songs and practise early-literacy skills that help them get ready to read. The library suggests it for ages 18 months to 3 years. Bookmarks also runs Baby Basics storytime and Baby Stay & Play for ages 0–18 months on some Thursdays, plus monthly special performers. The page doesn't mention registration. It's a handy weekday outing for caregivers.
