About this adventure

Gaylord Rockies turns part of the resort into Candy Cane Mountain, a four-lane indoor snow tubing hill at its Sugar Snow Station, open only from Thanksgiving Day through December 28. Riders zoom down the lanes and race family and friends to the bottom with Christmas music playing, and a ticket gives unlimited runs on its date as long as the rider keeps the wristband on. Every rider must be at least 42 inches tall and able to carry their own tube up the ramp without help; small tubes fit riders from 42 to 52 inches, taller riders use large tubes, and only one rider is allowed per tube, so parents cannot hold children on their laps. Adult supervision is required, and children under 7 may be accompanied by a non-riding guardian aged 18 or older. Good for school-age kids who want snow play without driving to the mountains.
