About this adventure

Merry Market is McGregor Square's holiday market, held over four weekends from Thanksgiving to just before Christmas on the plaza across from Coors Field in LoDo. Local makers and small businesses sell handmade goods, gifts and stocking stuffers from market stalls, and the square around it is set up for a family outing: the McGregor Skate outdoor ice rink runs next to the market, the big screen shows holiday programming, and restaurants and bars around the plaza serve food and warm drinks. On six of the market days Santa Dinger, the Colorado Rockies mascot in a Santa suit, poses for free photos, so many families time their visit to his appearance. Entry to the market is free; shopping, food, drinks and skating are paid separately, and skate rental is available at the rink. Market hours apply only to the listed weekend dates, with earlier closing on Sundays.
