What was checked & what still needs confirmation
The Visit Denver page names the Tivoli Quad but not a street address; the address is the Tivoli Quad address printed by the Denver Christkindlmarket for the same quad. Downtown Denver Partnership's /mile-high-tree page returned no readable text.
