About this adventure

A holiday magic show for families at the Lapeer District Library's Marguerite deAngeli Branch, timed for a Friday afternoon after school. The performer, billed as "Christmas Carol," blends magic tricks with storytelling, and one of her effects creates a shower of snow from a single snowflake. The library lists the show for kids and families rather than one age band, so preschoolers and older siblings can watch it together in the branch's deAngeli Meeting Room. It runs for an hour, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Registration is required and opens on November 27, 2026 at 8 a.m. on the event's page in the library calendar, so it is worth setting a reminder for the morning after Thanksgiving; the branch's children's desk answers questions by phone.
