Royal Oak Public Library turns its Youth Activity Room into Briggs Manor, a haunted-house-themed escape room for middle and high schoolers in grades 6 to 12. Teams solve puzzles to escape the manor before time runs out. Registering as a group is encouraged, but teens can also sign up alone and join another group on arrival. Groups enter in 15-minute increments between 5:30 and 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2026, so there is no need to arrive right at 5:30, but participants should be there before 6:30. Free; registration is required and closes at 4:00 p.m. that day. Age limits are enforced.
