For one Saturday afternoon and evening, Canton's Cherry Hill Village is transformed into a winter wonderland and Christmas market. Activity stations are spread around the Cherry Hill Village fountain area, Greenland Market & Saj Cafe, Indigo Salon and the Arts Warehouse at Cherry Hill. Families can take pictures with Santa Claus, decorate holiday cookies with their kids, visit a live-animal petting zoo, listen to carolers and live musicians, sip hot cocoa while strolling a balsam-scented greens market, and browse art and gifts from local artisans. Food trucks and festival vendors sell meals. Admission is free. The calendar entry starts at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 5, 2026. Questions go to Canton Leisure Services' Christmas in the Village coordinator at 734-394-5460.
