Holiday Lights on Farmstead Lane is a drive-in light and music show at the main entrance of Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead in Overland Park. Families park in the Farmstead lot, tune the car radio to 90.5 Rose FM and watch lights dance across the barn and entranceway to holiday songs and movie music. Drivers are asked to turn off their headlights while watching. The city suggests bringing cocoa, cookies and blankets and enjoying the show from the warmth of the car, which makes it an easy evening outing with babies and young children. The display was started in 2013 by Overland Park resident Mark Callegari and is built each year by volunteers. It runs nightly 5–10 p.m. from Nov. 26 through Dec. 31, 2026.
