TubaChristmas fills Helzberg Hall with hundreds of tubas and baritones playing favourite holiday tunes and carols — the sounds of the season, tuba style. The noon performances on Friday, December 4 and Monday, December 14 are free and open to the public, so families with preschoolers or homeschoolers can catch a short, unusual concert in the Kauffman Center at no cost. Musicians who play tuba or baritone can join the ensemble for $15 each with advance registration. Exclusive TubaChristmas hats and scarves are sold before and after the performance.
