Great Park Ice (The Rinks)

Great Park Ice & FivePoint Arena, the ice complex on Ridge Valley in Irvine's Great Park, opens daily public ice skating sessions to guests of all ages. More than 1,000 pairs of hockey and figure skates are available to rent, and Skate Mates help new skaters stay upright. Admission is one price for all ages; families can buy online with a Daysmart account (one family per account, online sales end an hour before each session) or walk in and check in at the front desk. The rink runs holiday theme skates through the season: a Halloween Skate on November 1, a Give Back Skate on November 22 and a Holiday Skate on December 20, with more to be announced; times and details for those sessions are not posted yet. Weekend and holiday sessions may include a 10-minute resurfacing break, and advanced jumps and spins belong on freestyle sessions. The complex also has a restaurant and bar, Learn to Skate classes with 2026 fall and late-fall sessions, and FivePoint Arena, where the rink's figure skaters stage their holiday show on December 6 (listed separately).
