About this adventure

Palmdale turns its amphitheater into a free winter wonderland for one Saturday in December. Jolly Holiday has snow tubing down snow hills, a snow play area for building snowmen and snowball fun, carnival games and activities aimed at kids, hands-on holiday craft stations, holiday train rides, and photos with Mr. and Mrs. Claus and the Grinch. The organizers ask families to dress warmly with gloves and boots for the snow; outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed, and snack vendors are on site. Bags and coolers are inspected at the gate, and alcohol and pets are not allowed.
