Family-friendly Halloween frights at Ocean Institute in Dana Point Harbor: bioluminescence laser tag, a biolum room, mad scientist lab, haunted ship tours, aquarium access, photo booth and a costume contest. Food, beer and wine for purchase. Harbor Hayrides (45-minute cruises aboard R/V Sea Explorer at 5, 6 and 7 pm with apple cider, temporary tattoos and trick-or-treating) are sold separately at $35 ($10 ages 0–18 months) and include Spooky Seas admission.
