About this adventure

Weston's Rotary Run for Tomorrow fills the Cypress Bay High School campus on a Sunday morning with a half marathon (6:20 AM), 5K and 10K races (7 AM) and, at 9:15 AM, the Commission Cup 1-Mile Health Walk, a friendly competition in which students and families from Weston's elementary schools walk a mile to help their school win a trophy and cash prize for the highest participation. Anyone can come to the free Health & Fitness Festival that runs through the race morning, with no race entry needed: dozens of health and wellness vendor booths, children's activities, a fitness competition, massages and health check-ups. The event is sponsored by Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, the Rotary Club of Weston and the City of Weston, and raises money for local charities. Several roads around the campus close early in the morning, so plan to enter the school complex from Griffin Road and Bonaventure Boulevard.
