About this adventure
The Milwaukee County Zoo's Halloween festival closes its 2026 run with a new all-day Saturday format. Children in costume follow a trick-or-treat trail that runs all day, watch keepers hand out pumpkins as animal enrichment, catch pumpkin-carving demonstrations, live entertainment and light shows after dark. The activities are billed as not-so-scary, so the day suits toddlers through grade-schoolers as well as older kids who just want the candy trail. On Saturday only Boo at the Zoo tickets are valid (general admission and Zoo Pass are not), tickets are sold online only and parking is included in the ticket. Zoo Pass members get 15% off and a members-only activity.
