About this adventure
A three-day winter-break day camp for grades K-5 at the Discovery Center, running 9 am to 4 pm. Campers dig into geology, uncovering fossils, rocks and minerals, reading layers of the earth and working out solutions to natural hazards as "rock star scientists". Extended care runs 7:30 am to 5:30 pm for an extra fee, and families can book the full week or single days. Registration is online through the museum's Blackbaud page.
