Rockefeller Center welcomes its 2026 Christmas Tree on Saturday, November 7, with Meet the Tree Day, a family celebration now in its second year. From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the Holiday Workshop presented by Care Bears and FAO Schwarz invites children to meet six Care Bears characters, write holiday letters, add a wish or an act of kindness to The Caring Tree, take festive photos and make handmade keepsakes at the Care-A-Lot Craft Corner. Families who want guaranteed entry can buy a Meet the Tree + Top of the Rock ticket, which adds expedited, confirmed entry to the celebration plus Care Bears photo moments, giveaways and views from the 70th-floor observation deck. It is an easy way to see the tree up close weeks before it is lit on December 2.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read via Cloudflare Browser Run on 2026-10-21 (the page blocks plain curl); Browser Run renders in UTC, so recheck times printed relative to 'today'. The event page gives 'November 7' without a year; the tree page confirms the 2026 tree arrives November 7. No street address is printed; Rockefeller Center is between 48th and 51st Streets and Fifth and Sixth Avenues. Admission for the free workshop portion is not spelled out as a price. Organizer described availability as "confirmed".
