Creepers and endermen may not exist, but plenty of Minecraft is based on real life. In this hour-long program at Pyramid Mountain Natural Historic Area in Boonton, children ages 8–12 try real wooden and stone tools with a naturalist, then hit the trails to find the real-world rocks, plants and animals that appear in the game. It runs from 3 to 4 pm on Sunday, November 8. The fee is $8 per child, and registration is through the Morris County Park Commission.
