About this adventure

A weekly art class at the Ocean County Artists Guild for teens who enjoy making art but want guidance. Students choose their own subject, from saucers to superheroes, working from their own photos or the instructor's references. Carol Colvin teaches drawing skills, materials, color, composition, design and value using pencils, watercolor, acrylic and pastel. Teens bring their own supplies; beginners need a sketch pad, drawing pencils and a kneaded eraser.
