Hedgerow Theatre's Studio Series brings back Katie Leamen's playful two-actor retelling of Dickens' A Christmas Carol for a fifth year: one actor plays Scrooge and the other plays everybody else. Directed by Ali Caiazzo, the fast, funny show runs about 70 minutes, which makes it a good holiday-week outing for families. Hedgerow says it is best enjoyed by ages 5 and up. Performances run December 20–26, 2026 at the historic theatre in Rose Valley near Media. Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for youth, plus a $5 fee; earlier runs have sold out.
