The Walnut Street Theatre for Kids series opens its 2026–27 season with an hour-long musical adaptation of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol made for young audiences. Ebenezer Scrooge is visited on Christmas Eve by three ghosts who show him the past, present and possible future, and the story is told with traditional holiday songs. At one hour, it is a manageable first theatre outing for elementary-age children. Performances run December 5–20, 2026. A two-show package with the spring kids' musical Finding Nemo JR costs $35 ($17.50 per ticket per show), with seats assigned in the best available Orchestra location; single-ticket prices are listed with the performance calendar.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
The show page's performance calendar loads by script and was not readable; dates from the WST for Kids season page. The page does not say which Walnut stage hosts the kids' series; the theatre's main address is used.
