Families sit down to a brunch buffet in the zoo's Canopy Gardens Pavilion, meet one of the zoo's education animals, share holiday wishes with Santa and get a photo with him, then explore the zoo afterward (zoo admission is included). Three seatings run each day at 10:00 AM, 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM, and each seating lasts about an hour; guests more than 15 minutes late lose the reservation. Tickets are sold by the table: for non-members a table of 4 is $230, 6 is $325 and 8 is $425, with add-on guests at $60 and babies 0–2 at $15. Families who want to sit together must book under the same name at least 48 hours ahead. Strollers are not allowed in the event space and high chairs are limited, so bring your own if needed. Santa photos are emailed within 24 hours. No refunds; rain or shine.
