Brandywine Zoo opens its holiday weekend with a ticketed morning visit from Santa. Children can meet Santa, share their wishes and pose for photos, which families take with their own cameras or phones. Around the zoo there are holiday activities plus educational tables and vendors, and the Wilbur Choir performs at the Wildlife Amphitheater. The event runs in two time slots each morning on Saturday and Sunday, and everyone arriving before 12:30 pm must be registered. Tickets are sold online and at the door, with online purchase recommended; they go on sale November 1, and members must also register. Library passes, guest passes and other promotions are not accepted for this event. After the Santa session ends at 12:30 pm the zoo stays open in the afternoon (last admission 3:30 pm), and on Saturday that afternoon is the zoo's separate Winter Wonderland event. Children under 3 are free.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read from the Brandywine Zoo Events Calendar JSON feed. Separate ticketed morning event from the existing Winter Wonderland listing (Dec 5, 12:30-4 pm, its own $5 non-member ticket). The Santa page says the zoo stays open 'with free admission' after 12:30 pm, while the Winter Wonderland entry lists Members free / Non-members $5, so afternoon admission is left out here.
