About this adventure
The Moorestown Business Association opens the holiday season with its Candlelight Stroll on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Main Street between Chester Avenue and Church Street is lined with luminarias, and shops and restaurants put out seasonal offerings while families walk the downtown. Festivities include horse-drawn carriage rides, a holiday pie-making contest, family activities and a visit from Santa, which makes it an easy evening outing with children of any age. The stroll runs from 4 to 8 pm; the calendar does not list a fee for the street activities.
