For four days, Desert Botanical Garden becomes a celebration of memory and connection, with marigolds, illuminated altars and decorated trails. Visitors of all ages can add memories and wishes for loved ones to the community ofrenda and to illuminated trees on Sunset Plaza, join an evening procession with dancers and musicians, watch live performances (including an all-new Lucha Voz professional wrestling showcase), and browse a mercado with crafts, flower crowns and masks. Children can get festive face painting and see colourful sugar skulls, and food vendors sell tamales, shaved ice, coconuts and pan de muerto. The festival runs November 6–9 during garden hours, 7 AM–10 PM, and is included with admission; separate Music in the Garden concert tickets apply to the Jaleo concert.
