Georgia T. Lord Library in Goodyear takes storytime outdoors for an evening holiday session with Mrs. Claus, who brings songs, rhymes and a little magic to the stories. Families gather at the park stage on Goodyear Civic Square, just east of the library, so bring a blanket to sit on; children are invited to come dressed in their best holiday attire. The hour-long program runs from 5:00 to 6:00 pm on Monday, December 14, and no registration is needed. The library lists it for all ages and families, including infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
