About this adventure

The Guadalupe Library fills two winter-break Tuesday afternoons with drop-in art for the whole family. On December 22 the activity is Bead Sprites, a hands-on bead art session for exploring your creative side. On December 29 it is Shrinky Dinks: kids design and color their own pictures on special plastic sheets and then watch them shrink into mini masterpieces right before their eyes. Both sessions run from 3 to 4 PM, are open to all ages and need no registration, so they are an easy outing for families with children home from school between the holidays. Older kids can work independently while parents help younger ones with coloring. The library is on South Avenida Del Yaqui in the town of Guadalupe.
