About this adventure

Enchanted Lights is an outdoor holiday walk-through set in the woods off Rochester Road in southern Beaver County, about 30 minutes north of downtown Pittsburgh. Families follow illuminated gravel paths past light displays that move with music; the stroll takes roughly 40 to 50 minutes at a leisurely pace and includes one flight of stairs, so a carrier may be easier than a stroller for the youngest children. Afterwards there are campfires where kids can roast s'mores and warm up with hot chocolate, plus funnel cakes and other seasonal food at the concession stand. Santa and Mrs. Claus are on site early each evening (until 7:30 p.m.), which makes it an easy way to fit a Santa visit into the same outing. Leashed dogs are welcome on certain nights, with a dog admission that includes a pup cup. Dress for the weather and wear flat, sturdy footwear: the organizers ask guests not to wear heels or flat-soled boots. Parking proceeds support local charities.
