About this adventure

Kittanning Hometown Holiday Events holds Festivities in the Streets on Market Street between Grant Avenue and Water Street. The organizer describes an evening of entertainment, food, and vendors, closing with fireworks over the Kittanning Bridge. Nemchek Heating and Cooling is the 2026 sponsor. The fireworks co-sponsors are 2 Krew Security and Surveillance and Sprankle's Neighborhood Market. A schedule of events is promised with the note to check back, so individual performance times are not published yet. The vendor section, on the same page, says a $25 non-refundable fee puts a vendor on the map and in social posts, and that food vendors are no longer being accepted because the food court is full. That fee is for vendors, not a printed public admission price. Families can walk the downtown block, visit the vendor stalls that are not food, and stay for the bridge fireworks. The page does not say whether the street is closed to cars.
