About this adventure
Hillsboro's professional theater company, Bag&Baggage, stages the holiday comedy Every Christmas Story Ever Told (And Then Some!) at The Vault Theater on Main Street. Three actors try to cram every Christmas story into one evening — A Christmas Carol, Rudolph, It's a Wonderful Life, The Grinch and more — with rapid-fire parody, breakneck costume changes and a growing sense of festive panic. The company recommends it for ages 8 and up, so it suits older kids, tweens and teens who know the classic holiday tales well enough to enjoy them being sent up. The show runs about 100 minutes with one intermission. Performances are Thursday to Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. from December 3 to 20; December 3 is a discounted preview, December 12 is ASL-interpreted and December 13 is audio-described.
