Sandy's 5th annual Winterfest: Meinig Park is lit for the holidays from December 4 to January 3 for everyone to enjoy, with free community events through the season (tree lighting Dec 4, Pet Pictures with the Grouch Dec 11, Santa in Sandy Dec 18, Shortest Day Walkway Dec 21, Jingle Jog/Walk Jan 2), Jolly Trolley rides and holiday markets.
