About this adventure
A candlelit, self-guided holiday evening tour of Blithewold's manor with costumed interpreters playing the 1910 household staff. They explain how they readied the house and grounds for guests, decorated the estate's Big Tree for the first time, and packed for the family's New Year's travels, giving older children a lively look at Edwardian-era work and holidays. The rooms are lit only by holiday lights, candlelight and firelight shining on thousands of ornaments. Choose a 5 pm or 6:30 pm arrival when registering.
