About this adventure
The Saturday-after-Thanksgiving turkey trot in East Greenwich adds a one-mile fun run and walk to its certified 5K so the whole community, including kids and families who are not ready for 3.1 miles, can take part, with music and a festive atmosphere at the waterfront. The 5K starts at 8:30 am and tours Main Street, the waterfront and the hill district; the fun run starts at 9:30 am. Both start and finish at Finn's Harborside on Water Street. The event is presented by the East Greenwich Turkey Trot Foundation; register online in advance.
