About this adventure

A not-so-spooky Halloween weekend at Providence's natural history museum in Roger Williams Park. From 10 am to 4 pm children can explore eerie specimens brought out from the museum's vaults, put together a skeleton puzzle, make a spider hat, complete a Halloween Museum Quest around the galleries and meet some of the museum's unusual creatures. From 1 to 2 pm a plasma globe demonstration shows electricity glowing and dancing inside the globe, and the day can end with a planetarium show. Activities are free with museum admission, which is only $2 and free for members and children under 4. The Friday-night Halloween After Dark event is 21+ and separate.
