About this adventure
The Breakers, Marble House and Chateau-sur-Mer are dressed for the holidays with nearly 30 decorated Christmas trees themed to their rooms (Mr. Vanderbilt's tree at The Breakers is hung with trains and top hats), hundreds of poinsettias, garlands, wreaths and fresh flowers, and the 15-foot poinsettia tree of 150 plants in The Breakers' Great Hall, a favorite family photo spot. Daytime visits use regular admission tickets, the Access Pass or membership; The Breakers requires a dated, timed ticket and advance purchase is recommended. The Breakers and Marble House are open daily and Chateau-sur-Mer on weekends only. Houses are closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day and close at 2 pm on December 24. The free Newport Mansions app has children's audio tours for The Breakers and Marble House.
