About this adventure

The Newport Art Museum's December Free For All Saturday turns the galleries into a holiday market for an afternoon. More than 20 local artists and makers sell handmade gifts in a curated Local Artists Market, there is a festive music performance, and holiday art-making stations are set up in the galleries, which is the part children will enjoy most: families can make a seasonal project together, then wander the exhibitions at no charge. Adults are offered complimentary champagne while they browse. The museum describes the afternoon as free and open to all, but recommends reserving a free ticket because numbers are limited.
