During the second half of October, City Cruises decorates its boat with playful Halloween décor for family-friendly daytime cruises on the Sacramento River from Old Sacramento. Guests of all ages take in river views and local history; themed mocktails (and cocktails for adults) are available. Costumes are encouraged for kids and adults alike. Sailings are listed Thursday to Sunday between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. Boarding is from the L Street Dock in Old Sacramento; book in advance.
